Today, I should be heading to Shishihama for DEEP training (laughs).
Since it's my turn on a tour day, this is a future blog post written the day before.
In preparation for the "Battleship Mutsu" diving trip next year,
I'll be practicing diving to 40M, which is the maximum depth for recreational diving🐟
In this course, we'll cover precautions and useful techniques for deep diving,
and actually aim for a maximum depth of 40M.
Just a quick review, the maximum depths for each rank are:
18M for OW, 30M for AOW, and a full 40M if you get DEEP certification.
Osezaki's idol, Mijin-chan, is around 25M deep💕
The sunken ship in Atami is approximately 30M deep🚢
At these depths, issues with air consumption and NDL become noticeably apparent💦
When you go down to 40M, you can finally observe deep-sea creatures such as "Spotfin hogfish"📸
At 40M, bottom time is extremely short, so it's forbidden to be greedy and try to do too much!!
When diving deep, make sure to clearly define your purpose before you descend🔍
