I had the best last dive of the year, so I'm really looking forward to what this year brings too!
Hello everyone,
My first blog of the year is about my last dive of the year on December 31st, a 
miraculous dive! 
The dive spot was Iida, West Izu, as requested.
The winter weather was clear and I could see a beautiful Mt. Fuji! 
It wasn't just Mt. Fuji that was beautiful. The underwater world was also incredibly clear! 
The forecast was for westerly winds, but the sea was very calm. The water temperature was about 17℃, and the visibility was over 20m. I totally understand that feeling of wanting to get excited!
The request for that day was for little frogs
. There weren't many divers, so we were able to take our time and get some good shots without any interruptions. (Photos by Z-kii & K-chan)

After enjoying a thorough photo session, what appeared just before our exit was...
a deep-sea fish, the Lancetfish
It was in a dying state, but barely swimming. 
I'm glad that the two of you, who were so enthusiastic last year, had the best last dive of the year! 
Please come diving often this year too!
