Cebu's Condition Today

I heard the sound of rain last night, but it stopped by morning and the weather turned out great.

Typhoon No. 16 has unexpectedly formed northwest of the Philippines, but it doesn't seem to have a major impact here.

Today is a discovery dive day.

Some were first-timers, and they were really nervous...
