When's the next one, I wonder?
Cebu's condition today
It seems both the water and air temperatures are gradually dropping, but this morning in Japan it was 5 degrees Celsius...
It even rained yesterday, so it was so cold I couldn't go outside.
My stay in Japan is now over, and I'm heading to Narita.
This time, I spent a lot of time at my third son's apartment, and a friend lives nearby, so
I took a walk in the park in front of the station.
Even in the city
There are many wonderful places like this.
It's even more vibrant during cherry blossom season,
but winter is also lovely.
The wind was cold, but with sunshine
it was fine.
There were many birds,
and it said not to feed them,
but
I guess there are people who do feed them,
because the carp came swimming up just by imitation...
It's a place with history.

Hanazono Shrine the other day was also lovely,
but I really feel "Japan"
when I'm here.
Last night, I met up with some junior high school classmates,
and it had been 42 years since we graduated from junior high??
It felt like we were meeting for the first time.
Well, I guess the others had met a few times already...
But everyone still had enough of their old features
that it felt nostalgic.
I wonder if we'll have a chance to meet again.
