It's that time of year again...

Cebu conditions today

Cebu has been stiflingly hot since morning.

It definitely feels like dry season, but the shade is still cool and I'm feeling well.

Many people sent me congratulatory messages, as it was my birthday.

I had planned to quietly celebrate it Philippine-style, as I did last year, but in the evening, Ryo and Ruri prepared a celebration for me.

As always,

Pizza, pasta,

and calamari were laid out on the table.

The cake was also lovely.

Strawberry and rose velvet.

Lech's wife also came,

and we had a video call.

I also talked to the kids.

It was late,

but I was relieved to hear from Lolii.

Ryo went night diving,

so he's not in the photos...

Even though they are far away, the kids are doing great, so I want to keep working hard too.
