Today's Cebu Condition

It's been good weather since morning, but

around noon, very dark clouds appeared...

Cool winds started blowing,

but it didn't rain here in Mactan.

In Cebu, it seemed like there were some places that flooded as usual due to sudden downpours....

By the afternoon, the water had receded, so you can clearly see the calm sea.

Unfortunately, no diving these past few days.

I'm cooling off by soaking in the sea in the morning.
