Clean Up
Cebu's Condition Today
Typhoons 18 and 19 have formed, and the Philippines is currently covered by the clouds of Typhoon 18.
Although it has already moved north, it has grown into a fairly strong typhoon, so the wind started blowing in the afternoon and it's been raining heavily since evening.
Yesterday was a cleanup day for both land and sea all over Cebu.
From the morning, I saw groups cleaning on the roads,
and I and a repeat customer also participated in the sea cleanup.
Since it was scheduled to start around 9:30, we went for one fun dive first~
Immediately spotted a turtle.
It was barely moving, probably still sleepy, so I got some perfect photos~
Finally started moving a little.
Always cute~
It's nice to see them frequently at the marine station.
The sardines in the shallows were also a must-see.
It was lovely~
And then after that,
it was mostly filled with Filipinos...
Over 200 people participated.
Ronnie picked up trash with the sons of someone who helped him when he was young.

When I first met them, they were still children....
They've all grown up so much~
This is the older sister, who is a dentist.
She takes care of my dental treatments.
Our customer also happily participated~
Thank you.
They were sorting the collected items.
There were over 100 divers too.
The food served afterwards was...
fried fish
chicken
braised pork...
and fruits, very "The Philippines."
There was a place to sign, so I did~
It's truly appreciated that our customer also participated and left their name.
We'd like to clean up the ocean every day.
