Every year, we visit Sakunohana Brewery
in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, for our brewery tour.
We've truly been indebted to the owner's mother there for many years.
They offer a wide variety of expertly handcrafted sake using local "Hitogokochi" rice, which has garnered enthusiastic support from sake connoisseurs for its elegant aroma and taste. Of course, I am one of them!
