Photos I was going to post but forgot about~
Hello everyone! It's Mei ('◇')ゞ
Today I'm preparing for tomorrow's ocean trip, and even though it's a "tako-tsubo" (octopus pot) tour, I haven't prepared a "home" for myself, so after writing this blog, I'll go to the 100-yen shop during lunch to look for one!
Now, here are some photos from Oshima that I prepared to upload but forgot to post.
The guests were the same, but since I wasn't the guide, I had time to observe carefully, and that's how I encountered these scenes.

This is the underside of a lightning cuttlefish egg, LOL.
The front side had teardrop-shaped eggs firmly covered with sand,
but when I looked to see how they were attached to the soft coral,
I found that they were securely wrapped all the way around so they wouldn't fly away!
How skillful...✨
As expected, squid spawning is fascinating.

This is a polka-dot frogfish that has been around for a while and has grown quite a bit.
Polka dots are always an idol, aren't they? I took many shots because it kept overexposing.

Since it was covered in seaweed, I tried various angles, and then
Huh? Something moving a lot in the corner of my eye?

It was a caprellid, moving energetically!
And it was an ovigerous individual! So exciting!
I took a ton of photos because it was hard to focus.
While I was doing that,

Another one (one creature) came and they were squabbling~💦
And when I looked, that one was also ovigerous! Even though it's the season, it's great to see them together~
Was this a good spot, or did they just happen to meet?
Or perhaps it wasn't a fight as I thought.
I don't know the truth, but it was lucky along with the frogfish! ☆

My luck continued; I heard that a Phycocaris simuans was there until recently,
and I hoped to see one. I didn't find it where I expected.
The sea had been rough a few days before, so I thought it had drifted away and temporarily forgot about it.
Then, at Ou no Hama, with the support of the guide, while photographing a Hachi-jo Tatsunoko (Japanese Pigmy Seahorse: hereafter JP), I heard a voice.
When I looked, what?! Is that Mr. Shimura?!?!
I abandoned the JP and photographed Mr. Shimura, lol.
I took many photos, but other than this one, they were all blurry and out of focus, completely unusable, lol.
But I was really lucky to see it~♡
Such was the fun and fulfilling trip to Oshima ♪
I want to go again with someone who doesn't mind diving in the middle of the night since you can dive 24 hours a day~
Isn't it exciting to dive at times you usually wouldn't? Lol
Plans for this summer... I'm waiting for your requests!
You'll definitely be moved and healed by the clear waters, comparable to resort seas!
