This year's sake brewery tour reconfirmed that this tour is truly the best!
Hello everyone,
I went on a sake brewery tour! 
It was my first tour in about two months, and it was truly amazing! 
This time, too, it started with a guest being late, but we somehow managed to proceed with the schedule as planned. 
We started here: 
Huh, a factory tour? 
Yes, the staff cafeteria in this factory transforms into an American cafe on weekends! 
Tacos,
and incredibly delicious BBQ spareribs!
The deep-dish Chicago pizza I was looking forward to was filled with tons of cheese and was incredibly delicious! 
It was my first time at this place, but I'll definitely be coming back! 
Next, we headed to a craft beer brewery tour! 
Last year, I was rushed because I was late, but this time I was able to enjoy the tour thoroughly! 
This is the recommended beer! 
Finally, I tried the factory tour quiz, but...
Ah, too bad! 
If I had gotten a perfect score, I would have received a limited edition beer...
Next, we went to "Saku no Hana Shuzo," my favorite sake brewery, which can be called the origin of this tour.
Mom, I'm home! I'm so glad to see you! 
Here, too, we enjoyed tasting many delicious sakes!
Of course, we bought a lot of sake before leaving the brewery.
Dinner was at my favorite tempura kappo restaurant, "Natsukashi."
It's the best place where you can enjoy delicious sake from all over Japan and excellent food!
I finally got to enjoy sake with everyone too!

This time, too, we enjoyed various sakes, but the most impressive one was this sake. 
It was sake made as a hobby by a winery, and it was incredibly delicious!
Fun times passed in a flash. 
The next day, we headed to another sake brewery! 
First was Takenoi Shuzo.
Here, too, we savored plenty of sake.
Bread with a slightly sweet cheese flavor that pairs well with sake. It can also be a snack with sake!
The second one was Shichiken Shuzo.
Even so, he looks like he's enjoying the tasting so much... I'm envious!
Besides the sake breweries, we also enjoyed hanami-zake (sake viewing cherry blossoms) since the weather was nice,
and enjoyed the scenery unique to this season!
S-ri, who participated in this tour for the first time, was also very satisfied, saying "It's the best! " 
I'm also relieved to be back from my injury and to be able to lead this tour.
