We pulled off a successful tour during the final days of Obon and even got to see the closing event!
Hello everyone! This is Mei!･:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+ Yesterday was a mid-summer Saturday, but we went on a distant tour! Since it was the end of a long holiday, I had hoped it wouldn't be crowded in the morning! And 11 guests gathered!😘 
We departed Shibuya at 6:30 and passed Izu Kogen before 9 AM! Just a little further! I thought, when an ambulance 🚑 and fire truck 🚒 came from behind. An accident?? As we waited, a police car 🚓 joined them. Akazawa was just around the corner, about a 4-minute drive with no side roads, so we waited for about 30 minutes until we could pass, but it was quite an accident...😭 I hope everyone is okay😰 Nevertheless, we arrived before 10 AM! Super early! We quickly prepared and headed to the boat for the first dive! 
The cold current had come in, and the visibility underwater wasn't great, but there were lots of schooling fish! As you got closer, you could gradually see them, which was a bit fun＾＾ For the second dive, we went to the beach. 
Our target for this trip was the Longfin Bannerfish! I roughly counted them in the picture, and there were 90! Even if some were obscured, that means there were at least 80! 
They're cute even when they're fanning out and spreading around~ 🥰 
In the sandy area on the way, there were things like the Pufferfish, and 
a jawfish with an protruding jaw (a bit ugly, lol 😆) But its body pattern is so beautiful that it's worth trying to get a shot ✌️ 
I wanted to dive to make some adjustments and such, so I went for a third dive too! There was a big flathead crocodilefish 🐊 that wasn't there before. 
Near the Longfin Bannerfish was a large Rock Bream! When they get big, their mouths turn black, and they're called "Kuchiguro" (blackmouth) 🐟 And on the way back, I was prepared for traffic, but it seemed less crowded than a normal weekend? We left Akazawa before 4 PM and passed Ebina after 6 PM~ Yesterday was the Jingu fireworks display, so 
drive-through fireworks 🎆 Taken by Sorry ✌️ A great shot taken from inside the moving car while yelling and screaming 😆 Incidentally, last year we also did a drive-through, lol. Tatsusan took the picture then, but 
it was blurry because I was drunk, lol. But both times were enjoyable fireworks viewing 😂 Despite the accident, it was a good day where we moved at a much faster pace than our "ideal" schedule! The visibility was a bit poor due to the unusual current, so let's go see a beautiful view again in winter! And get shiny at DHC's hot spring ✨ We look forward to seeing you again!
