I went on a 3-day, 2-night Izu Safari tour! Part 1!
Hello everyone! It's Mei ('◇')ゞ We held a 3-day, 2-night tour that was blessed with great weather and a wonderful sea! This was the fourth time we've held this relaxing 3-day, 2-night tour since 2022! The dates for next year are decided during the tour, and the members are pretty much fixed, lol. Although schedules change a bit over a year, so there's some turnover, this will be the last time we hold it with pre-determined dates for now! There are so many charms to a 3-day, 2-night tour, so we will continue to host them. We look forward to seeing you all there! Now, as for Saturday, the traffic was... not so great 💦 
Day 1 was IOP. We arrived just before noon, lol. I really wanted to do three dives! But the ocean felt great and it was amazing! 
Even though wide shots are good, what we found was macro... lol. The tiny, slender leaf crab has excellent camouflage. 
It was also tough to point out this shrimp, which looks like it should have a name like "○○ Anemone Shrimp," to everyone... Most of the plants here have shrimp on them, but why are they always different kinds of shrimp??? Before, there was a Candy Stripe Cleaner Shrimp... but now it was something else... 
During our safety stop, we enjoyed watching the tiny young moray eels! And now, the first event of this tour! 
Yay!! Ae-san had her debut in her NEW WETSUIT! Because her previous wetsuit got a little too sexy, you see! I made sure to put the same mark on it as her drysuit ✌ 
And with that, the first day ended! This time we stayed at Izu Kogen Gakuen! I'd only ever stayed on a room-only basis before, but this time we had meals too! 
This was dinner. It was surprisingly plentiful, with a good variety, and delicious! And, as befits a school facility, rice was all-you-can-eat!! Amazing!!! I ate a huge pile of it ♡ 
On the second day, since the sea conditions were so good, we ventured out to Tago! It's summer, so we want to dive in the open sea! 
What we saw were clownfish eggs! They were still sparkling! And, although we also saw a dancing school of Anthias at the root of the coral, I'll put together the video tomorrow! The other main event of this tour was 
The commemorative dive~!!! The mental rehearsal on land was perfect! The question was, could they do it without stirring up the bottom?! The result was... 
Yes! Wasn't it a great success?!?!?! Congratulations to Leader & Sako-san~!!! 
Let's continue to explore many different oceans 
and have fun~! !
