We went to the Bonin Islands in autumn! Part 2!!!!!
Hello everyone! 👋
Today is the second part of the Ogasawara tour, please enjoy! ♪
After a lucky encounter with dolphins underwater, it was all about the fish!!!
The school of Bluestriped Dartfish, which was inexplicably numerous,
was deeper than planned, and the guide and I panicked, "Huh? They're not here! 💦"

Once we found them, everyone rushed in, and the fish started moving around playfully! 🎵
We also saw Tawny Nurse Sharks relaxing in various spots. 💤

H-chan, who rarely saw turtles in Izu, was also very satisfied. ✂️

From the third day, a U-turn typhoon started to cause some swells, but we still enjoyed the fish to the fullest! ✨

On the last day, we could dive until noon,
so after the dive the day before, we went to Ogamiyama Shrine on the mountain behind us to pray for stable sea conditions. 🥺

The stairs were tougher than 8 years ago, and I felt my age. (lol)
And on the final day, we successfully entered the desired "Kan’nuki Rock"! ✂️
It was great that I went to pray! 📄

There was a strong current, and it was tough, but we successfully spotted the Spotted Eagle Ray we were aiming for! 😃
Also saw Dogtooth Tuna, Giant Trevally, schools of Bigeye Trevally, and more.
This place really is a fun ocean! 🚸
Then, the final dive was at the topographical point "Maruveri".

In winter, it's a spot where you often see Sand Tiger Sharks, similar in topography to Takanosu in Toi in Izu.
The guide repeatedly emphasized, "I don't think there will be any Sand Tiger Sharks."
We didn't see any Sand Tiger Sharks, but far away, out of reach for a wide lens, there were barracudas!!!
No, really, I'm so glad we were able to come here safely! 😊

This time, we rented a car to go to Weather Station to see the sunset,

The celebration and the dinner we went out for were also a great success! ✂️

It seems they also fell into the "swamp" of Ogasawara, saying, "I want to come again!" and "I might be hooked!" 🐱
Aim for conquering all Ogasawara dive sites!!!!!
