I'm dealing with chronic prostatitis, cystitis, and abnormal liver values 💦
I was taken by ambulance the day after my birthday, so I really need to be careful this year ☠
After being discharged, I noticed some small changes:
・I no longer need to eat sweets.
・Salty and strong-flavored foods no longer appeal to me.
・I eat more fish than meat now.
And as a result,
I've successfully lost 6kg 💪
I'll continue to do my best to lose only body fat and maintain muscle.
Oh, by the way, it seems like a Raggy Scorpionfish has quietly appeared in "Futo"!!!
