Yesterday, I saw some very
rare creatures!
I had requested Hatsushima, but I was worried about ferry cancellations due to the changing weather, so I hastily changed the location.
The place I chose was Koganezaki, West Izu, where I really wanted to go.
I went to see this little guy
Flamed Cuttlefish
It's a type of cuttlefish, and it's extremely rare in Izu. It was my first time seeing one

It changes its body color rapidly, which is so interesting. I really want everyone to see it in person
I also encountered various other creatures
This is a "Weedy Scorpionfish" that just looks like a stick.
A "Yellowprow Goby" that I was able to approach this close after some maneuvering (Photo by T-chan)
A large "Big-belly seahorse"
And a large "Guitarfish"
And fast-moving sea slugs
Oh, it was really interesting
Just as we finished diving, the sea suddenly became rough. We made it just in time
Hatsushima was a shame, but this point made the tour a huge success
