I participated in the SPARTAN RACE after being invited by a customer.
This event is basically an obstacle marathon, and this time it was a course of 5km + 20 obstacles.
Since it's an obstacle marathon, the starting times are staggered to prevent congestion, so
This is about how many people run at once
Before the start, the DJ explained the rules, and just before the race, there was a call and response!
DJ: "Who am I?" Everyone: "I'm Spartan!!!"
DJ: "What is your profession?" Everyone: "Aroo! Aroo!! Aroo!!!"
Those are the shouts from the movie "300" ~ unlike a live concert, deep voices echoed through the venue

Well, as we ran, we saw:
① Monkey bars
It's tough doing them for the first time since elementary school
② Vertical rope climb
I tried it after hearing how to do it, but...
③ Javelin throw
Even if hitting the target is fine, it's a sudden challenge💦💦
I failed three times in a row😿😿😿
In this race, if you fail a challenge, there's a penalty: "30 burpees or an extra 200m run."
That's incredibly tough
Things like hanging were no good for me, but
👇 Carrying a 17kg bucket 👇 was lighter than carrying diving gear, so I cleared it
I also cleared the barbed wire crawl, though I got tired halfway through and slowed down💀
It was real barbed wire, so my clothes got caught and ripped😿
It was my first time participating, and it was really tough, but it was fun~
I managed to finish thanks to the support of the two all-around athletes
