Grand festival

Cebu conditions today:

but the sun is unbelievably intense.

You'll get heatstroke if you don't drink plenty of water!

 

For the past few days, there's been a festival in my neighborhood. Ronnie isn't doing anything as usual, but his sister's place does it every year.

 

This year, my niece got married last month and is pregnant, so they also had a party to celebrate that.

There was a live band,

making it very lively.

People who wanted to sing just jumped in and sang.

There was also a counter making cocktails,

so I had something other than San Miguel.

The food was Filipino, like fried dishes and stir-fries.

It was buffet style,

but they also served it to you.

The margarita came with salt.

This time,

for my niece's upcoming baby,

they did a gender reveal.

People who thought it was a girl wore pink clothes,

and those who thought it was a boy wore blue clothes.

 

One of the colors was hidden inside this cake~

They do all sorts of things, don't they~

It also happened to be my niece's birthday,

 

so it was a really grand party.

 

I had a meaningful time talking with Ronnie's cousins.

 

Maybe I'll go to the ocean tomorrow~
