Current conditions in Cebu today

Typhoon No. 20 is here right now.

Since last night, there's been strong wind and rain, and it seems the northern part has suffered more damage.

Schools are closed.

There are still some flooded areas in Cebu City, it seems...

For now,

most boats are waiting in the shallow inner waters

You can see the whitecaps and how murky the water is.

It's a good thing we didn't have any guests at this time.

I was actually planning to bring the repaired bangka boat from Olango,

but...

I decided to postpone it.

The typhoon is expected to move out of the area today,

so I'll bring it once it calms down.

By the way,

regarding our neighbor's situation:

The repair work is still ongoing.

It seems they are reinforcing the pillars, making them quite thick and sturdy.

As always,

there are less than 10 people working, so...

When will it be finished?

I hope it's completed soon.
