Today's conditions in Cebu

The wind died down this morning, making for good conditions.

It seems the low pressure system has turned into Typhoon No. 15 and is heading towards Japan.

I feel like this year's weather is really unusual, don't you?

I hope there's no damage...

Today, we welcomed someone who has been on several Saipan tours and someone I often meet in Japan, along with two people visiting Cebu for the first time!
