I went on the tour I put the most effort into all year again this year!

This year too, the sake brewery tour was a complete sell-out! 
Since last year, we've been running the tour with two staff members, so I can now relax and drink... I mean, guide everyone! 
This year's tour started at an Italian restaurant famous for its delicious pizza 
So, let's get right to it and say "Cheers!" (quietly, since it's our first time at this place 
)
As rumored, the pizza was incredibly delicious! 
I felt like I finally understood the taste of wine at this restaurant! 
Once slightly tipsy, we headed to a craft beer brewery for a factory tour. 
It was a very beautiful beer factory, almost like a museum.
The staff kindly guided us through the factory, so we learned a lot about beer making.
This is hops, a raw material for beer, and the smell is seriously intense... 
Of course, the tour doesn't end with just sightseeing. At the end, you can taste the beer!
The beer server is super stylish!
I also enjoyed delicious beer here. 
The first day ended at my favorite tempura kappo restaurant, "Natsukashi," which was the main event of the day.
It's the best restaurant where you can enjoy delicious sake from all over Japan and excellent food. This year too, we started with sake from my hometown, Fukui Prefecture.
Delicious!
Both the food and sake kept coming.
I don't even know how much I drank 
I drank in my room after returning to the inn, but I don't remember much... 
The next day, we went to my favorite sake brewery, "Sakunohana Shuzo."
This year too, the mother welcomed us energetically! 
Everyone bought a lot of things, as usual
Finally, we went to a hot spring to sweat out all the alcohol from the past two days before heading home.
The weather was great, and we drank a lot of sake again this year, so I was in the best mood! 
I hope we can hold it again next year!
